Ponies
Bullock (klr)

[G] Somewhere out on the prairie
[C] Is the greatest cowboy that?s ever [G] been
[G] And when he lays his [G7] hands upon the [C] ponies [Am]
They [D] shudder with an [D7] understanding [G] skin

And he says [G] ponies
Now [G7] ponies don?t you [C] worry [Am]
I [D] have not come to [D7] steal your fire [G] away
I want to fly with [G7] you across the [C] sunrise [Am]
[D] Discover what begins [D7] each shining [G] day

[G] When the storm clouds in the [G7] west
Are quickly [C] gathering [Am]
The [D] ponies they run [D7] wild there
Before it [G] rains

[G] You?ll see their sleek dark [G7] bodies
Brightly [C] gleaming [Am]
You [D] know the fire is [D7] flying through
Their [G] brains

And he says [G] ponies
Now [G7] ponies don?t you [C] worry [Am]
I [D] have not come to [D7] steal your fire [G] away
I want to fly with [G7] you across the [C] sunrise [Am]
[D] Discover what begins [D7] each shining [G] day

[G] [G7] - [C] - [Am] [D] - [D7] - [G]

And he says [G] ponies
Now [G7] ponies don?t you [C] worry [Am]
I [D] have not come to [D7] steal your fire [G] away
I want to fly with [G7] you across the [C] sunrise [Am]
[D] Discover what begins [D7] each shining [G] day

And he says [G] ponies
[G7] ponies don?t you [C] worry [Am]
I [D] have not come to [D7] steal your fire [G] away
I want to fly with [G7] you across the [C] sunrise [Am]
[D] Discover what begins [D7] each shining [G] day
I want to fly [G7] - [C] - [Am] - [D] - [D7] - [G]
