I remember someone asking for Godzilla by Blue Oyster Cult, and I happen to know how to play that one: Main Riff: ------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------1--2------------------------------1--2---- ---------2--4------0-0---------2--------2---4------0--0--------2-- ---2-2---------4-----------------2--2-----------4----------------2- it also switches to an octave higher at some point: -------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------4--5---------------------------------- --------4--6-----------------4-------------------------------- ---4-4--------6--7--7-----------4--4------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------- Just before the lyrics start there is a series of high F-->F#-->E riff(notes, not chords) Chord progession during lyrics: F#m A During chorus: E F#m Oh no, they say he had to go go go godzilla this should get you started. But lots of reverb & distortion & fx on and it is really fun to play. Jason PS- looking for the riff to Genesis: throwing it all away, if anybody out there knows it...
